Eligibility
Life scientists throughout the state of Missouri (and contiguous counties in bordering states) representing academia
(including students), research institutes, industry and government are invited - and encouraged - to post abstracts
and posters on this searchable, indexed website. Informational posters describing life sciences related organizations
or businesses are also welcome. Abstracts and posters can be submitted to the database at any time during the
year. However, please note that posters will be purged after one year to ensure that the database is fresh and
current.
The process is easy
1. Abstract submission
Participants in this Life Sciences Research Database must submit a poster abstract as a Microsoft Word file (Click here to view templates and formatting
requirement) by using the online form below.
2. Receipt of e-mail confirmation and login credentials for poster submission
When the abstract is received, the poster author will receive an automated e-mail confirmation receipt with
instructions for submitting the actual poster by logging onto a secure server. This generally happens very quickly
upon receipt of the abstract. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please come back to this
page and resubmit your abstract.
3. Poster Submission
The poster can be submitted anytime within a month after you have received your login credentials in the
confirmation e-mail mentioned above. The poster must be created on a single Microsoft PowerPoint slide (Click here to view templates and formatting
requirement).

Please be aware...
This site is available to anyone in the world with Internet access! You must be the judge of the amount and
kind
of
data you choose to post. Unpublished or otherwise sensitive data need not be included. Posters of a very
general or
informational nature are acceptable under those circumstances, and certainly, previously published material is welcome
as long as it is current.
